Asia Pacific Bootcamp Dates and Registration 

ShoreTel Sales Bootcamp consists of an intense week of training, during which time candidates receive training on the ShoreTel solution, develop presentation skills and demo certification applied to the Champions Program.


Key Learning Outcomes from Sales Boot Camp:

This is a unique opportunity for your personnel who are new to sales or new to selling Unified Communications solutions a leap start into selling like a Shoretel employee.

This is also a great opportunity for the experienced ShoreTel salesperson to refine their skills in the customer presentation environment, and learn the Shoretel demonstration methodology.

Candidates learn through practicing and drilling on the four aspects of the ShoreTel demo.  At the end of the week, as a team, candidates will perform a complete demo to a panel of ShoreTel experts.  Candidates will be rated on their performance.  If performance does not meet ShoreTel expectations, the candidate will not pass the course.


At the completion of Boot Camp, the candidate will have:

  • A basic knowledge of Telephony concepts and Networks
  • A solid understanding of the ShoreTel Architecture
  • Discovery and solution selling skills
  • The ability to perform a competent ShoreTel Hardware and Software Demonstration
  • Built relationships with various departments within ShoreTel
